Co-Op Experience

Engineering Tech

•Assigned skilled work in sheet metal fabrication, Lathe & Mill machining, soldering, engine service, and Arduino coding. Hands on work in this position has greatly increased my mechanical intuition

Engineering Research

•As described on Novatio’s website, their “Featured Project” is the design of “Lightweight, efficient, multi-fuel engines”. As an interning engineering, I was apportioned R&D in the use of diesel in the multi-fuel engines. This would include running tests, then researching and testing solutions

Design & Development

•As a tech, I could provide first hand input for the design of sheet metal parts- hole & bend locating, component mounting, etc.  As a component in diesel research, I was able to develop testable solutions, then analyze & report on collected data
