SAE Baja | manufacturing

When I joined Baja SAE as a freshman, the club was still in early stages. After being elected President during my sophmore year, I have worked hard alongidse other students to build a more established base for the club.

Welder Accountability: For a team member to be allowed to weld on the frame, they must submit a standardized test piece for destructive testing on the schools Instron testing machines.

Current Progress:

As of 8-11-16, the vehicle is on four wheels.

Fabrication Progress

Front Suspension 100% complete

Rear Suspension 75% complete

Drivetrain 50% complete.

Team Leadership:

I began my first semester as club president during my second semester of sophmore year. Since then I have worked hard alongside many other members, and we are closing in on a final result!
